Cancellation Policy

After payment for any course or product, please send us the payment receipt and indicate your name and course date on it for our reference. If we do not receive your payment within 7 days, your reservation will be canceled without further notice. A 5% handling fee is applicable for payments made through the online payment system.

1) Customers must confirm their orders within 7 days either by bank transfer or by completing the payment directly through the online system.
2) Once payment is completed, all courses cannot be canceled or rescheduled, and canceled courses will not be refunded.
3) Unless there are other uncontrollable factors such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or accidents that prevent instructors or evaluators from participating in the course, the relevant course can be postponed or rescheduled; otherwise, it cannot be rescheduled.
4) For personal reasons such as flight tickets, accommodations, transportation, or personal health conditions, if you are unable to attend the relevant course, no refunds will be provided.

CASI course cancellation policy:
1) If canceled 30 days before the course starts, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
2) Cancellations within 30 days before the course starts will not be refunded.
